strength gain
Friday, June 27th, 2008On Thursday I had my heavy chest day and i decided to throw a little more weight than usual on my last 2 sets. i wanted to hit 5 reps on those last 2 with 300lbs. i ended up hitting 6 reps by my self on 1 set and 6 with a light tap by my spotter on the 2nd. after doing that i now know that i have gained some strength on my bench and that really pumped me up big time and having guys that are like 2 times my size telling me great job is also great motivation since i am 169lbs and can rep that weight like that. i am now going to add 5-10lbs to my chest workouts now.
