400 lb bench goal
Sunday, December 30th, 2007today i worked out my chest and i did some power reps with 300lbs and i must say that it was way harder than usual. losing weight is really making things difficult and has me thinking that i might not be able to reach that goal but i always tell myself failure is not an option. should i maybe lower it for smaller goals till i get there or leave it and work my butt to see if i do make it my B-day?
