Those macros will work well, but might want to have 1 carb-up meal a week. No need for the longer periods. Even in a real ketogenic diet with 10% carbs you only want one carb up meal a week. You're pretty close to that, but a bit high on the protein and low on the fats. Make sure you're getting GOOD fats in, so red meat or fatty fish for the Omegas and extra EPA/DHA.</description>

Glad to see you back! That diet sounds interesting. I have gone into a vegetarian diet due to EXTREME dislike of chicken and tuna all of a sudden! lmao But hopefully by the end of this month I will be able to look at it again! lol
