LOL
I guess it wasn’t very apparent, but I was being tongue in cheek about using my cheesecake around the house. LOL!!!!!! One guy messaged me and asked me if I had any ideas about how to use his extra clothes hangers that he has from the dry cleaners and put them to other uses!!
LOL!!!!! HAHAHAHA! So if it wasn’t obvious, I was being a *teeny* bit facetious. LOL!!! Sorry about the misunderstanding.
I’m so excited! I bought a new blender today to make some of my meals go down a bit quicker! THANKS JOHN, for the idea!!
I am hunting for pre-contest appropriate foods to stick in a blender (not because i"m entering a contest though!) so if you know of any, please point me in that direction!

Have fun with your blender. I look forward to when you blog the uses for the many different concoctions you make in there! I don’t know if this counts as pre-contest food or not, but I like to put frozen strawberries, a cup of milk and a scoop of vanilla protein powder in and blend it all up. I think it tastes pretty good and you get a lot of good stuff for you in there.

Ohhhh…of course protein shakes are SO amazing done with frozen fruits or frozen banana’s!! They become protein smoothies!!! Add a little rum and they have some kick!! JK!! lol
I got an AWESOME recipe out of the very last Oxygen magazine for Apple Cinnamon muffins that are Competitor friendly!! They are strictly made with no fat cottage cheese/egg whites/cinnamon and 2 small apples!! And it actually tastes GOOD!!! Now mind that i’m VERY carb deprived and ‘normal’ food deprived….so really…even my broccoli tastes good if I spray some soy sauce on it! lmao

Nice! Enjoy the new blender! How crazy are we all about our blenders?! My wife bought me one 6 mos ago from William Sonoma (Breville) for like $200 or something crazy! I thought she was nuts….but I have to say….the best blender in the world and really quiet! Enough about my blender!
Have fun- try all sorts of stuff….my shake this morning for example: 1 scoop Gold Standard Whey, 1 scoop of Labrada Strawberry protien, 4 pumps of Egg Whites, tsp of BCAA, tsp of flaxseed oil, tsp of L-carnitine. You could even add a little ice to make a smoothy and maybe a banana. tasty! Enjoy!!! Let us know what you make!!!

LOL at Storm - rum… love it!
Unfortunately I don’t have any blender recipes, but why NOT enter competitions?! Just thought I’d plant the seed in your head

So um, is that your idea of cooking? We saw what happened with your last attempt…then again, maybe the blender is a good idea. lol
I have a recipe for your blender. It’s really simple:
Tequila, margarita mix and ice. To make it even yummier add some grand marnier and WaLa!

Try putting the cheesecake in the blender. It should be nice and dry by now so that you can use it for pillow stuffing! lol!
On a serious note, I like making a flour out of a cup of whole oats (Quaker oatmeal) to make protein pancake mix. Add egg whites, scoop protein powder, vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon. Cook the pancake and add sugar free maple syrup. Very, very good.

I’m with Pixi - why NOT enter a comp? Great motivation!
On the blender ideas: fruit + protein powder + water/ice or milk. If you want to be bad, you can always add icecream or frozen yogurt.
I really like margaritas, though. Isn’t that why blenders were originally invented?

Do you know what it does to an English teacher when a hottie uses words like "facetious?" Between you and PixiG today, I might have to get back on my blood pressure meds.

for the hangers you could return them back to the dry cleaning or use this:
1- for back scratching
2- to take out the wax from your ears
3- cheaper version of a baseball bat
4- pick you nose with it
5- Use it to take out the dirty out your teeth
