this week is spring break. my son is home for a week now. i am not going to let that stop me for workingout. I start a new plan. differnt body parts. and differnt exercises. adding longer and more intense arobics core routiens. i think i have most of the pain worked out. i was board this weekend so i grabbed my 60lbs Db’s and did a few sets of curls. my only things is i fall asleep all the time. so i am going for a bike ride in 38 degree weather… i am hateing my current place i live.
