Three years ago, I entered the Muscle and Fitness Rock Hard Challenege and I got some great gains, but what I noticed was that the body I built could have been better, had I eaten better. I should have been more focused on my diet, but it was really hard to be focused on it when I was in gradschool and I didn't have any money! Plus I couldn't cook either. One of the most beneficial things I saw in my training was DEFINITELY doing cardio AFTER weights. and I did HIIT cardio, google it for more info. The first day is the hardest, after that, the world is yours for the taking.</description>
