After a minor setback, I’m back to running, I was in a car accident, and had to recuperate, but today I’m back in the running. Still doing interval training, i’m currently on a 4 minute stride, with a 25 minute power walk.
I started interval training today, so damn intense, i did the 30/30 second method. I went for 4 minutes total. I found a website that gave great detail on the subject and schedule. http://musclemedia.com/training/hiit.asp To time my training, i use the gymboss interval timer.
