AAARRRRRGGGGHHH!
wens did normal leg work finishing 4th set on leg sled of 12 reps at 825 poonds. sat, right leg locking up, sun worse. now very hard to bend or walk on. must have strained on wen workout. also right wrist very tender probably from 10 reps at 222 on bench, will miss many workouts. this totaly sucks.
