Lifted today for the first time since Friday. I have been sick and lost my appetite but i didn’t lose too much. Flat bench barbell was kinda weak, only got 265 up 4 times, can normally do it 5. Decline was good, still put up 285 3 times with no help. Incline 205 5 times, no help. But flat bench dumbbell was bad, could only put up 115’s 4 times, which a week ago i put up 120’s 5 times so i really don’t understand how that went down so much. Tri’s were not too bad but I gassed out at the end and only did three dif. exercises. Tomorrow is back and shoulders. Wish me luck!!
