Bench Press - 135 X 10; 185 X 10; 225 X 12; 275 X 6; 300 X 3; 325 X 1
DBL Incline - 85 X 15; 100 X 10; 105 X 8
Plate loaded incline SS plate loaded decline - 10 X 10; 8 X 8; 6 X 6 (increasing weight each set)
Cable flys SS push ups - (2 sets low, 2 sets middle, 2 sets high SS with 10 pushups on each set)
Wide Dips - 2 X 15
My chest was full of blood. Felt like i was gonna cramp during the wide dips. It was a great workout! cant wait to hit it again next week!
