Monday, March 24th, 2008Its been about 4 months since last time I wrote. Well im still very impatient trying out several diff splits and routines. Hittin up the gym at least 4 times a week. Im weighing in a lil under 170. Im maintaing my proper nutrition bout 6 meals a day spread out at bout 2-3 hours apart with a cheat day every two weeks. Which lately hasnt been happeing lol its been bout a cheat day once every 5 days. I have my good days N i have my bad days. But the best feeling is strugging with a set ready 2 give in then accomplishing it when you thought you couldnt. It more of a Mental thing 4 me. Im impatient with my self wondering day by day if im improving or am I going at it wrong Either way This lifestyle cant be better. I enjoy everything about it BODYBUILDING 4E
