Sunday, April 29th, 2007hey they posted up pics of the emerald cup on musculardevelopment.com. if you go to contests and look for my name james shumpert (bantom weight) i got 6pages of pics on me. plus i heard that competition quailfied me for a chance at nationals in pittsburgh!! i dont know if i’ll do it, depends if my trainer wants to. things are just lookin up for me.
