TODAY,315 LBS BENCH PRESS FOR 6 REPS STRIP SET 225LBSX8 AND 135X8.I REACHED MY GOAL BEFORE MARCH OF 315 LBS BENCH PRESS FOR 6 REPS.I ACTUALLY REACHED IT A FEW MONTHS AGO BUT ONLY GOT  3 REPS WITH HELP. NEXT GOAL!!!

ON MY WAY TO THE GYM TO HIT THEM SQUATS! I’VE NOTICED THAT ON MY NEW DIET,SINCE I AM EATING LESS CARBS AND CALORIES THAT ITS HARD TO KEEP MY STRENGTH UP! SO I JUST ATE A BOWL OF PASTA WITH LEAN GROUND BEEF AN HOUR AGO AND NOW IM TAKING MY NANO VAPOR AND I’LL SEE HOW MY STRENGTH IS TODAY.I READ THAT ITS BETTER TO CYCLE YOUR CARBS EVERY 2-3 DAYS LIKE THIS LOW CARBS ON OFF DAYS,MEDIUM CARBS AND THEN HIGH CARBS AND KEEP THIS CYCLE SO YOU DON’T BURN MUSCLE AND YOU CAN LEAN OUT! ITS ALL ABOUT LEARNING TO TWEAK YOUR CARBS/DIET TO MEET YOUR GOALS.

TOOK THE WEEK OFF.ITS BEEN OVER THREE MONTHS HARD CORE TRAINING!!I’VE REACHED MY GOAL AND GAINED OVER 15 LBS…A LITTLE FAT.. BUT MOSTLY MUSCLE… NOW TIME TO LEAN OUT….NEW DIET…BURN A FEW LBS… START MONDAY! FOR NOW I WILL ENJOY MY WEEKEND! REMEMBER ALL MEN DIE BUT NOT EVERY MAN REALLY LIVES! PUSH HARD! LIVE HARD!

LESS IS MORE!

YES! PEOPLE! OVERTRAINING KILLS MUSCLE GROWTH! I HAVE BEEN APPLYING THIS  FOR THE PAST MONTHS..I AM GETTING STRONGER EACH WORKOUT,(I DO FEWER MORE INTENSE SETS). I HAVE GAINED ABOUT 6 LBS AND MY CHEST INJURY SEEMS TO HAVE FULLY RECOVERED! ALSO USING MUSCLE CONFUSION CHANGING EXERCISES EVERY 1-2 MONTHS(BUT STICKING TO BASIC COMPOUND MOVEMENTS SUCH AS BENCH PRESS AND DECLINE/INCLINE,SQUATS AND LEG PRESSES, ETC.)FIRST I WARM-UP THEN DO A PREPERATION SET FOR 8-10 REPS  THEN I HIT A WEIGHT I CAN DO 6-8 REPS THEN 1 MORE SET 4-6 REPS THEN DO ANOTHER SET 3-5 REPS  NEXT 2 EXERCISES I DO 2 SETS EACH FOR 6-10 REPS AND 4-6 REPS AND THATS IT!I AM CURRENTLY EXPERIMENTING WITH FULL UPPER BODY WORKOUT EVERY 3-4 DAYS USING SPECIFIC SPLITS ON EXERCISING.FOR BICEPS,TRICEPS AT THE END OF WORKOUT ONLY 1-2 SETS FOR EACH…SEE IT IS THE QUALITY OF THE SET NOT QUANTITY!

THE LAST 2 WORKOUTS GOING GREAT DESPITE UPPER CHEST INJURY.SHOULDERS-THURSDAY-DUMBBELL PRESSES.WORK SETS-SET 1-80X12,SET 2-90X8,SET 3-90X7(FIRST TIME GETTING THEM 90′S UP.FAILED ON LAST 2 ATTEMPTS)FINISHED OFF WITH 3 SETS SIDE RAISES 12,10 AND 8 REPS 50,55,AND 60′S.THEN 3 SETS BENTOVER REAR RAISES SAME AS SIDE RAISES.TODAY BACK AND BICEPS.T-BAR ROWS WORK SETS-SET 1-135X18,SET 2-180X13,SET 3-235X5 THEN CABLE LAT PULLDOWNS TO BACK OF NECK-WORK SETS-SET 1-140X12,SET 2-150X10,SET 3-160X8.

UNFORTUNATE SETBACK

IVE BEEN OUT OF TOUCH FOR A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER I PULLED OR TORE MY UPPER CHEST MUSCLE BENCHING TWO WEEKS AGO..IM STILL TRAINING HARD BUT FOR CHEST IM ONLY DOING DUMBBELL PRESSES ONE ARM AT A TIME AS I CANT LOWER MY RIGHT SIDE DOWN ALL THE WAY BECAUSE OF THE PAIN AND I DONT WANT TO FURTHER INJURE IT!IM ALSO DOING WEIGHTED DIPS BUT ITS HARD TO GO ALL THE WAY DOWN AND FEEL THE STRETCH…ANYWAY I GUESS TIME WILL HEAL ME AS LONG AS I DONT REINJURE IT SO IM ONLY DOING ENOUGH TO MAINTAIN UNTIL I AM FULLY RECOVERED…UNTIL NEXT TIME.
