Summer is right around the corner and I feel and look terrible. But that&#8217;s all going to change I am on my way to my first six pack. That is my goal for this year. To get cut up and and stay that way.

I just don&#8217;t have the time. I also have been taking Syntha 6 for protein and to play interference when I crave for sweets. Syntha 6 is by far the best tasting protein I have ever tasted. I have taken some new pictures but I am to ashamed to post them as of yet. I will once the results start to come in.
