Yesterday I had a good session with my trainer. She informed me that my bodyfat level has went down 4% in 4 weeks. She changed my workout and intensified my cardio. Which is great. I ready to take my workouts to the next level.

As of now I am doing well with my diet and workouts. I have been very consistent. I only wish that I could cook my own meals for a real healthy choice. I just don’t have the time. I also have been taking Syntha 6 for protein and to play interference when I crave for sweets. Syntha 6 is by far the best tasting protein I have ever tasted. I have taken some new pictures but I am to ashamed to post them as of yet. I will once the results start to come in.

Today is a new beginning for me. Since Christmas and New Years my workouts and diet have been off track. This morning as I was getting dressed I noticed that bigger and more out of shape than I ever was before. It is time for a change. I hired a personal trainer to help in my transformation. I hope that I can get over this bump in the road to a muscular body structure.This is my first of many blogs. Wish me luck.
