im down almost 80lbs and feel so great i now just feel like someone covered in fat rather then a fat person. i have been asked to help the girl who has been a major inspiration in my life to train which will be great she says she wants better results and has been impressed by what i have done it makes me feel great because she is one of my big inspirations. im looking up allot of stuff about female fitness so i know a bit more about what to tell her most of what i know is how to make a guy become a big strong thick as a tree mid section fighter. im sure thats not the goal she has but i think i have found allot and have days left to keep researching in my spare time. i cant wait for 219 to be a heavy weight fighter again will be wonderful. my short term goals are a 48inch chest and a 47 inch waits so i can fit in XL and have a waist smaller then my chest my last mile stone was when my waist became smaller then my shoulders but this one is going to be even sweeter! man when i saw my weight (my new room mate has a fat man scale) i was so flippin stoked i was just in shock i was under 300 already! so much to go, so much redoubled effort today i did the most brutal arms and shoulders work out of my life, i had like 3000 cals today but oh well i may well need them with those hours and hours of work out, i dont know why i ended up eating so much i wanted to eat more for recovery since it was a brutal day of working out for hours but im normally like 2k 1k more then normal is weird for me let alone after hearing the good news about my weight it should have been like 2500, but oh well tomorrow is a day to be cleaner then ever before just like ever other day.

down a size (though its my chest now not my gut holding me from XL) im thinking my frame will leave me at XL at my best but the girl i am seeing is a fitness buff and has noticed my losses and has been very positive about it, though in general i think im kinda done with her for other reasons. (baggage ftl) im eating the cleanest i ever have, but still there is room for improvement so i will strive to do better yet. Im am doing more cutting then before and a bit less lifting more bike time, more kick boxing, more ab sets. im going to write up my new sqedual and post it in my Log.

hey guys sorry i havnt been able to write alot im spending basically all my time learning more about what to do and why and then re distributing that info out to my friends its gotten kind of crazy at first i set out to start getting in shape and working on my martial art, now i have all these people who want to lift with me and 7 students under me training in Shin Thai Koma. its alot of work but i live for this shit, i regret i dont get to keep track of the ron paul campaign as much doing all this but a man has to do what he has to do. i love how solid my delts feel, buying heavier weights for presses tomarrow.

i worked out Saturday (arms) Sunday (legs) Monday (arms) Tuesday (legs) Wednesdays (arms)
i have been kicking it up a notch and lifting heavier most things i was using 10s on are now 20s and most i was using 20s on are now 30s.
been keeping to my macros, but i want to tighten it up, been a bit sloppy still gaining but slowing my gains im sure. (and losing around gut)
supplements are fooking allot of money god damn it. and yeah doing allot more power training on striking. im kinda unhappy that one of my traps is noticeably bigger then the other so i’m going to try and fix it by working the smaller one harder.

i worked out like a beast Thursday night it was great i did 3-4 sets of every upper body group, i need to get some heavier weights this weekend, but wow fun fun! neck, lats, mid back, abs, obliques, bi, tri, trap, delt, forearm, hands, crushed em all. today is off, and a few light beers day! woots i love Fridays! (for the beer, not for off id work out 7 days a week if i thought it wouldn’t **** me up)

Got some new Maui Thai Pads and got to power training my strikes and did some HIIT bike, talk about a work out i thought my heart was going to explode by the end. i added EFA and NO-Xplode to my supplements, loving them both so far. my muscles are getting noticeably bigger wile my fat recedes, my pants didn’t fit and i had to put on old pants i was stoked about that. Forearms, Delts, Traps, Bis, Tris, Pecs, Caves, and Quads are gaining mass, and i know even if i cant examine it my abs are getting stronger because i can do more and more brutal inclines with my sit ups or crunches. I returned to my original diet that i lost the first 40lbs pre joining on, keto made my stumic feel bad and cut into my already tiny apatite, at least these brutal work outs add some hunger to me. from what i have read my muscles will get bigger in the first few weeks of the Creatine from the hydration effect, so that should be extra sweet. My Army buddy has been working out with me almost religiously now, i guess realizing a 300 pound dude had more endurance then him he wanted to fix that.

i did a light 50min leg strength building work out on monday, all i had time for with the family things.
i did a full 1h 40min set of arms tuesday, feeling beefier and beefier in my arms and thinner around my waste.
should be back to my normal way of doing things now that the family is leaving town. good holidays though.

been switching over to keto, think i had 20-24g of carbs today total. i jiujitsu wrestled saturday afternoon and sunday, great cardio and ok amounts of upper body strength building, it was the first time i havnt won all matches against those smaller then me that i have been training, one beat me once and one could stale mate me till we had no more breath 8min in, so im glad to see they are going better, im not a trained jiu jitsu teacher but i have been teaching it to myself from well written books and having so many years in martial arts one style is easy to know with a base of another as your primmer. i still hope to go to a jiu jitsu school once i can find one but walking in with the skill of a blue belt would speak volumes for my dedication and provide for some fun "white belt amateur" tournaments lol back to big dog lifting tomarrow, hope the gym isnt going to gay out on me for christmass.

Friday was my off i laid low, ate very little so i could get some drink in me Friday night had like 4 beers and my GFs last glass of wine. and good shit i hadn’t been that drunk on anything less then 10 beers in a wile i guess different diet / lifestyle makes that shit whoop. this morning im going to go shopping for Keto approved foods, as well as inquire into a new protein powder with a bit more fat and less carbs, i got a drum lesson at 11:30, and then i need to help my Girlfriend bake cookies for Xmas (we dont eat them, she gives out cookie baskets for xmas that are famous for a hundred miles).
At first i wanted to work out before my drum lesson and i woke up this early to do so, but since i had all that beer in me and was a little gaggy this morning i’m not sure i want to push it until a bit more processing time, even if i spend 12 hours making cookies from noon till midnight ill work out from midnight to 2. though i doubt it will be that worst case scenario, i don’t think i have ever seen her eyes open past 11pm in the last 4 years lol.
