I want to reach the next level this year. Any suggestions? I am more discipline and motivated then ever before. I am getting stronger but still want more cuts.

I’ve been training for a half marathon, I feel good because I use to struggle running three miles but consistency and mental toughness has taken me to the next level in endurance training. The last three times I’ve run I ran over 8 miles. I have not lost too much mass have kept my weight at about 174 which is a good weight for me. Two years ago I use to struggle lifting 225 for bench press now I am at 350-365. I feel proud because I use to weight 240 when I was heavy now at my current weight I feel so agile and healthy. I’ve been blessed and thank our Lord Jesus Christ for my progress. For me being in shape is also tied to my spirtuality. Thank you for reading this.
