Ok so I had annual fit test at work for respirators and the nurse that performed the ritual also weighed and took blood pressure….while I was happy with weight at 204 the bp was 152/75.  So they said that was a little high. But my nutritionest told me that is normal with prohormones and that it will go away in pct. Anyone else heard of this??

i am happy with the way i look these days and it has been a 6day a week/ph transformation with alot of hard work none the less, but now i wanna go natural..just wanna take pre-workout and protein after..and of course eat alot. So should a guy try one of these marketed cutters? Like Lipo Black and such…i now you have seen them.. do i need to change my diet and eat clean all the time? I am just afraid of losing the weight if i change anything. Can anyone please help me sculpt this 190 lb body and not lose a pound??? Is it possible?   thanks

Man legs still sore after last weeks workout!!! That’s what I get..no pain no gain! Good news is I took sisters 21yr old b-friend to gym and showed him up!! Showed me that progress is paying off and let him know where he is at. Someone came up to me and noticed my arms getting larger..feels so good!!
