ok off the PH and went from 175lbs to 190lbs…now i wanna get more define
i am happy with the way i look these days and it has been a 6day a week/ph transformation with alot of hard work none the less, but now i wanna go natural..just wanna take pre-workout and protein after..and of course eat alot. So should a guy try one of these marketed cutters? Like Lipo Black and such…i now you have seen them.. do i need to change my diet and eat clean all the time? I am just afraid of losing the weight if i change anything. Can anyone please help me sculpt this 190 lb body and not lose a pound??? Is it possible? thanks

I just posted a blog about a workout program I’ve been doing. Its tough and you might not even need light cardio.

As for supplements you could always take the Ephedrine/Caffiene stack and stay in an anabolic state. If you follow that route you should eliminate the idea of creatine.
