So I’ve lost 30 pounds within a year. Which I’m excited about. But, the problem now is that I’m to skinny. Starting to lose my curves
This past month I haven’t been to the gym, because I have been dealing with personal issues that were causing me alot of stress. Which helped me lose the extra 5 pounds that I would have rather kept in exchange for my sanity.
Today is the day that I say there is nothing I can do about the past..Move on and take care of myself…I don’t want to dwindle away. So I’m hitting the weights after work and trying to get my curves back & my self esteem back!

When I was younger my body had the S shape factor (all the curves in the right places). Now that I’m getting older my curves are expanding in all the wrong places. So for about a year or so, I’ve joined many gyms and programs and quit them. I would get all pumped up and go out and buy all the workout clothes & sneakers and hit the gym hard for about a month. Only doing cardio and not seeing results.
About 2 months ago, I decided it was time to kick into gear and actually start training. Do I love it!!!! I hired a personal trainer for 3x a week & have been doing cardio about 4 times. I’ve lost 4 inches in my waist. Should’ve been doing this the whole time. Now I’ve joined a running group on Sundays which starts this week & going to take a pole dancing exercise class. Plus, doing a 10 mile run in May.
The only problem I have is my diet. Haven’t changed a thing. Definently a meat and potatoe type of woman. Oh! Don’t let me forget I love hot wings and pepsi.
