For the past 2 weeks I have been downsizing from a 4 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. The only problem is that the new place is on the third floor - 40 steps up and 40 steps down. Combine that with jogging 5-6 miles every other day and my ass is tired. But I got an idea - there’s over 25 buildings at my complex - what if I jog around it hitting each building up and down? Is this a crazy idea?

Today is July 12th, 2009. I did my first workout since my birthday 2 days ago. I also started jogging about a month ago. I try to jog every other day. I am at 5 miles now. I would like to build up my distance. If I do I will consider doing the rock n roll marathon in January 2010. My body weight this morning was at 186 down 2 lbs from last month.

Today I turned 39. I feel better now than I did when I was a teen. But I want more!!! My goal for the next 12 months is to get my body fat down to 8% and to have killer abs. I also want to add more muscle and have a well defined body. During the next 12 months, I will post my progress and hold myself accountable. I ecourage feedback and I am open for suggestions. The countdown to 40 begins…
