Its Barber Time Grrrr!

I am a very determined person, but this week has been a challenge. I feel as though I am allowing life to interfere with my weight loss and fitness goals and that is unacceptable. This week has been hectic I am in the process of changing jobs and my personal relationship with my partner is hot and cold.

I am putting this out there because I need to take responsibility for messing up my goals this week, and tomorrow I am going to be right on track. So if you fall don’t stay down just get-up and go harder. This is why I love football; I can relate when you drop the ball, it’s on you and no one else. Well this week I pulled a Romo in the first half with Jessica watching on the sidelines to make things worse. But its ok because tomorrow I am a beast like Barber ready to go hard!
