LETS TRY SOMETHING A LIL DIFFERENT
I have spent the last few weeks slacking off– barely getting to the gym 3 days a week. BUT in the time that I did put in, it was serious. I worked for size, ate for size and got size, but I added too much fat too. I have found a new idea– alternate big muscle exercises with shredding techniques. I still think that the Muscle and Fitness article: U.L.T.R.A. was prob the best total workout, diet, and supplement scheme ever put to print. It was a full year workout– and yes- I still have the hardcopy version. So, if this present idea doesnt work– I will be pulling out the U.L.T.R.A
