Since this wk I got one day of Yoga in and a hour plus…walk which killed my back.
The yoga leaves my back sore too…I have to back off I guess in the poses.
I did an all body today and eating good so far.
got to try my extendavol and nos stack and for the first time, I was able to feel it, the last time I tried this stuff it was too much water, I talked with pvl and we figured out I can use as little water as I like and to cut my extendavol into half pre and half post.
worked well!!
I will elaborate later, and will be tracking my supps and reviewing them now that I have my timing and doses all settled…..never been on so many things and never had so many options too, I have stuff for long sessions called vextrago but I won’t be using it unless needed, as well as my bars and hemp meal replacement powder.
I am still waiting to find out about prairiechick, if she wants to do ft. st john with me in June……
but either way I am prepping for July and am starting in the next week after my bday so I am just getting it together at this point and since they are only a few weeks apart I can train for June target but if I don’t do it I am ready for July!!

Well I have trained a few days more than the past month, so this week is a good one with more weight days and some cardio. I got to use my supps just need to get more details on my journal. I had a few good eating days, and some bummers, kinda like misha……cookie binge, ice cream…..crap.
I am not dieting down yet so not too big of a deal but still I did over do and that is just not healthy.
I am excited…….I squatted yesterday, only 4×10 for 135lbs and only did partials, didn’t go for parallel to avoid tweaking the back right away, but its a step forward! Been practicing my straddle leaps between and feeling less pain or lets say I don’t feel any more pain when training this past week than when not training…….so thats good.
Anyway, I am care taking my mom and so not so much time on here this past week or so……but its getting to me cuz I hate getting behind so I will be getting into more details soon, also not sure about figure in June yet…….I would need to start dieting soon, not sure how hard but would do my stats and look at things at this point toward this as of this month being less than 16 wks out from the ft st john show.
