Anyone have any suggestions on tightening my buttox area besides deadlifts and squats? I looked in the mirror this morning and wasnt happy haha…Thanx

The best results i’ve had in that area come from lunges. Good luck.

Walking lunges, step ups, single legged squats. Leg press feet high and close.

Ohhh step ups, gotta try that one. I do lunges already…maybe i need to do more haha. Maybe it just wasnt meant to be whooooo knows
