			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been on keto for over a month now, and I love the changes my body is making. For those of you who have asked:</p>
<p>(This is based on me weighing 100 lbs).<br />
1st meal - 4 egg whites &amp; 2 whole eggs</p>
<p>2nd meal - 25 g Whey Protein Isolate w/tbsp Nat. PB</p>
<p>3rd meal - 4.5oz chicken or turkey w/1oz cashews or almonds</p>
<p>4th meal - 4oz. salmon, swordfish or red meat w/green salad w/1tbsp EVOO or mac nut oil &amp; vinegar</p>
<p>5th meal - 25 g. Whey Protein Isolate w/tbsp Nat. PB</p>
<p>I have 1 cheat meal every Saturday in place of meal #5.</p>
<p>I weight train 4 days a week and should be doing cardio 7 days a week&#8230;low intensity, but I&#8217;ve been averaging 5 days. I need to get my butt in gear and do the 7 days 40 min.</p>
<p>My goal is to do this for 16 weeks and then start bulking come fall!! I have 4 weeks down and 12 to go!!!

I have been consistent with my workouts and working out hard and let me tell you &#8230;I feel great. It&#8217;s amazing, once your body gets use to eating properly  and  you start  taking a bite here and there of junk how much  you feel like crap.  I guess if I eat crap I&#8217;m going to look and feel  like crap!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had my husband take new pics of me yesterday, and I have got to say I was pretty disappointed. The past 6 weeks I have not been giving it 100% and it shows big time. I looked much better 2 months ago. I was eating every 2 to 3 hours small healthy meals, but it was the taking bites here and there from my kids junk food. Shame on me!!!! The kids were home from school for 6 weeks and I wasn&#8217;t consistent with my workouts&#8230;I was skipping here and there.&nbsp; Now that they are back to school I need to get my butt in gear!!!
