Keto Diet
I’ve been on keto for over a month now, and I love the changes my body is making. For those of you who have asked:
(This is based on me weighing 100 lbs).
1st meal - 4 egg whites & 2 whole eggs
2nd meal - 25 g Whey Protein Isolate w/tbsp Nat. PB
3rd meal - 4.5oz chicken or turkey w/1oz cashews or almonds
4th meal - 4oz. salmon, swordfish or red meat w/green salad w/1tbsp EVOO or mac nut oil & vinegar
5th meal - 25 g. Whey Protein Isolate w/tbsp Nat. PB
I have 1 cheat meal every Saturday in place of meal #5.
I weight train 4 days a week and should be doing cardio 7 days a week…low intensity, but I’ve been averaging 5 days. I need to get my butt in gear and do the 7 days 40 min.
My goal is to do this for 16 weeks and then start bulking come fall!! I have 4 weeks down and 12 to go!!!

Looks like you’re following Dave’s diet. Works great! What are you doing for your reload meals, out of curiosity?
By the way, are you on the RXMuscle forums? (You know Dave and John got the axe from MD)

Yes, it’s Dave’s diet and it does work great. Reload meals, I just eat whatever I’m craving that day in place of meal #5 in moderation of course. Yes, I’m on RXMuscle forums and I know there was all this drama over at MD and they both got the axe. My husband keeps me informed of all the drama on the different boards…too much for me!!

Agreed on the drama aspect. My wife’s the one always on the forums, so I hear it all through the grapevine. Well, maybe we’ll cross paths over there sometime. Have a great weekend!
