FEELING GREAT
It’s been a week and a half of back to eating clean, counting calories and keeping track of my protein, carbs and fat. I have been consistent with my workouts and working out hard and let me tell you …I feel great. It’s amazing, once your body gets use to eating properly and you start taking a bite here and there of junk how much you feel like crap. I guess if I eat crap I’m going to look and feel like crap!!

I totally agree! I’ve been training for a marathon lately and this past week I went "off the wagon" on eating right. It was amazing how much that affected my training. I couldn’t get thru an 8 mile run which is supposed to be a warm up for me by now. I’ve learned my lesson, I’m back on the healthy eating.
