FEELING GREAT
Wednesday, August 6th, 2008It’s been a week and a half of back to eating clean, counting calories and keeping track of my protein, carbs and fat. I have been consistent with my workouts and working out hard and let me tell you …I feel great. It’s amazing, once your body gets use to eating properly and you start taking a bite here and there of junk how much you feel like crap. I guess if I eat crap I’m going to look and feel like crap!!
