Very Disappointed In Myself
I had my husband take new pics of me yesterday, and I have got to say I was pretty disappointed. The past 6 weeks I have not been giving it 100% and it shows big time. I looked much better 2 months ago. I was eating every 2 to 3 hours small healthy meals, but it was the taking bites here and there from my kids junk food. Shame on me!!!! The kids were home from school for 6 weeks and I wasn’t consistent with my workouts…I was skipping here and there. Now that they are back to school I need to get my butt in gear!!!

I think you look great! I seem to have the same problem with kids and junk food, if it’sthere I have to havejust one bite(shame on me).

Skipping workouts is a surefire catalyst for mediocrity. I haven’t missed a workout in 3 years. You have a great body, but to look like a superhero (mandatory) you need to take 20-40 supplement pills a day (no matter what) and train like a bodybuilder.
