Day 11
Today was great diet wise, though I haven’t worked out yet. Which means no cardio today, though the kids took turns having me chase them. That was about twenty minutes non-stop jogging. So it was something. Anyway, I am trying to debate what the best way for me to go about that is. Also, I decided I really need to work on my legs, I posted some pictures. That is all i really have to report.
P.S I found out the kids had played with the scale and it was a bit off. I am actually 183.5 lbs now. So yay! Even better!
