Do what you can do in the interum and allow yourself to heal and keep your nutrition up. Your  pics are awesome and I have no doubt that you will get back there again.

					<description>I've been there I was making good ground with my goals and muscle mass before I went down. Had a bad tooth infection almost killed me...(long story). But anyways I couldn't work out for about 4 months. I slowly started working out nothing to what I did before but now i'm stronger and more healthier then I was before. It will take time but hey that's all we got. Good luck with your goals</description>
