Itching to get back to the gym
It’s been frustrating to lose ground following major surgery in early July (I’m doing great, the problem has been cured, so they told me). Now I have to hold off until at least mid August to start up my workouts again. I’m doing isometrics and very light excercises, but the muscle mass went down along with those precious 15 pounds. I’m leaving my stats where they were pre-operation as a bench mark or goal to get back to. I want to restore things to where they were and, with work, gain even more muscle than I had, if possible. Thanks for all the encouragement. It’s appreciated.

I’ve been there I was making good ground with my goals and muscle mass before I went down. Had a bad tooth infection almost killed me…(long story). But anyways I couldn’t work out for about 4 months. I slowly started working out nothing to what I did before but now i’m stronger and more healthier then I was before. It will take time but hey that’s all we got. Good luck with your goals

I understand what you mean and it is a bummer. My problem is that I am impatient but I learned to listen to what my body tells me. Do what you can do in the interum and allow yourself to heal and keep your nutrition up. Your pics are awesome and I have no doubt that you will get back there again.
Keep me posted and best of luck to you in your goals!
