I have been feeling very positive about my workouts and diet. I got my brother a gym membership at my gym. Right now he is doing forty minutes of cardio every other day and his diet still sucks but I cant push him because he will back out of going to the gym regularly. One small step at a time right. Now the he goes after work I get an extra forty minutes of cardio which I can already feel the difference on top of my regular workout. My goal is to post once a day and put up a progress picture soon as well as log all workouts.
Workout- 20min cardio treadmill 10%incline 3-3.5speed
Back- Front pulldowns 150lbs,4×8
Close grip low rows ascending-150-8, 165lbs-8, 180lbs-8×2
wide grip low rows-ascending-150lbs-8, 165lbs-8, 180lbs-8×2
close rev. grip pulldown- 90lbsx12, 105lbsx12, 120lbsx12, 130lbsx12
standing straight arm pulldowns-(ascend)-100lbs-145lbs- 3×12
vertical grip pull downs- 100lbs, 120lbs, 130lbs- 3×8
40minutes of cardio-treadmil same as before.
