Here is my proposed workout:
Monday:Chest
chest press:heavy, 3×8- light 3×12
shoulder press: heavy,3×8-light 3×12
Incline press: heavy, 3×8-light 3×12
dumbell shldr. press:35lbs-45lbs 3×10-12
dumbell incline press:50lbs-60lbs 3×10-12
dumbell chest press:50lbs-60lbs 3×10-12
db flat flyes: light weight 3×10
db incline flyes: light weight 3×10
peck deck: until failure
This routine may sound stupid but I got nothing else to do.

I have been feeling very positive about my workouts and diet. I got my brother a gym membership at my gym. Right now he is doing forty minutes of cardio every other day and his diet still sucks but I cant push him because he will back out of going to the gym regularly. One small step at a time right. Now the he goes after work I get an extra forty minutes of cardio which I can already feel the difference on top of my regular workout. My goal is to post once a day and put up a progress picture soon as well as log all workouts.
Workout- 20min cardio treadmill 10%incline 3-3.5speed
Back- Front pulldowns 150lbs,4×8
Close grip low rows ascending-150-8, 165lbs-8, 180lbs-8×2
wide grip low rows-ascending-150lbs-8, 165lbs-8, 180lbs-8×2
close rev. grip pulldown- 90lbsx12, 105lbsx12, 120lbsx12, 130lbsx12
standing straight arm pulldowns-(ascend)-100lbs-145lbs- 3×12
vertical grip pull downs- 100lbs, 120lbs, 130lbs- 3×8
40minutes of cardio-treadmil same as before.

This is my very first blog and I am excited. I have met some friends on this site though I am quiet I am always looking out for them. I am currently in my cutting phase or dieting down whatever. I love working out! I wish I have had better achievements for my efforts but I keep going. I am becoming more dedicated and more disciplined with each passing day. My nutrition is not much to be desired but Im progressing. This is my current diet though Im still fighting my self-discipline. Diet: Morning-3 eggs 1/4 cup of rice or half cup of oatmeal with raisins and splenda though I prefer brownsugar. Snack-ProteinShake-24g-51g Afternoon: tuna and 1/4cup of rice, or 3 eggs. Snack-ProteinShake Dinner: chicken breast 6oz-12oz, 1/2 cup of rice and cup of broccoli Im trying to implement more fruit like green apples and such instead of crap sugar. Im a gummybear junky. Chocolate is not a big deal but I get caught on things a lot of other people do. Fastfood and quantity. Though fastfood is pretty much nil in my life. Im trying to surround my self with people who make fitness a everyday thing. My family’s lifestyle is so different my own its a contradiction to my new way of life and it just seems to bug them. I’d rather workout than sit around. Im always talking about fitness in some form or another and thats why I love this site. Everyone here has the same mindset pretty much, whether it is lose weight or gain muscle, to look and feel better whether that be a part of vanity or not it is the end result regardless, looking good.
