The weekend offers attendees a non-stop immersion into the worlds of health, fitness and MMA, including competitions where they can watch top athletes compete. A huge exhibit hall boasts displays from cutting edge companies that promote products and services of interest to those with a passion for being fit and living life to the fullest.
