California's Largest Fitness Expo comes to San Jose for the First Time on July 14-15, 2012
TheFitExpo, a decade long Los Angeles tradition, arrives in San Jose's McEnery Center for the first time on July 14-15, 2012. The weekend offers attendees a non-stop immersion into the worlds of health, fitness and MMA, including competitions where they can watch top athletes compete.
A huge exhibit hall boasts displays from cutting edge companies that promote products and services of interest to those with a passion for being fit and living life to the fullest. Complimentary samples, demonstrations, and expert advice are part of the fun of visiting TheFitExpo San Jose exhibition floor.
Erin Ferries, Executive Director of National Fitness Productions, said, "TheFitExpo Los Angeles has been such a tremendous success, we felt it was time to visit Northern California as well. We're bringing many of our most popular attractions including Odd Haugen's Strength Challenge, The Gracie US Nationals Jiu-Jitsu Tournaments, and The USPA North American Powerlifting Championships to the area for the first time. TheFitExpo's MaxReps contest which gives attendees the chance to square off in a series of exercise competitions and win $2000 in cash prizes also is making its way to San Jose."
One of the highlights of visiting TheFitExpo San Jose will be the opportunity to meet and learn from fitness and MMA celebrities and experts. Scheduled to be on hand are 4 Time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler, renowned MMA Referee Herb Dean, famed Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, Kron and Ryron Gracie and Actor and Fitness Star Roland Kickinger.

TheFitExpo San Jose is being run in conjunction with The 32nd Annual NPC San Jose Bodybuilding, Figure, Physique and Bikini Championships and The World Combat Series MMA Fights, both of which take place in The McEnery Center during the weekend and are subject to separate admission fees.
