Here is what Mark Dugdale had to say when I asked him about the upcoming Iron Man:
Not really sure what to say, bro. I’m back to doing my own thing… no trainers, nutritionists, gurus etc. this time. I feel pretty good for being 4 weeks out, but have no predictions. Just looking to work hard up until the show and then have fun… I can’t control the rest of it.
