Here is what Mark Dugdale had to say when I asked him about the upcoming Iron Man:

Not really sure what to say, bro.  I’m back to doing my own thing… no trainers, nutritionists, gurus etc. this time.  I feel pretty good for being 4 weeks out, but have no predictions.  Just looking to work hard up until the show and then have fun… I can’t control the rest of it.

Here’s how DeShaun Grimez
is feeling about the Iron Man.

Training and preparation has been going very well. Last year I suffered a abdominal tear/hernia so I couldn’t training or eat like I wanted to because the pain was just horrible. so I decided to take some time off and not have surgery to see what would happen. Well I have been training heavier than ever and I am currently doing a carb rotation and I will say that I will be in the best shape I have ever been in.

MuscleTech has helped me a great deal, I am currently using NANOx9, HALO, LUEKIC, and GAKIC.

Not only is there going to be the Iron Man Pro XX
and many other events, there is going to be SUMO.
