Well the cold weather is here and ths is when I slow down. Last time I worked out was like…..the begining of September, went hard end of just before that.. Don’t know when I’ll start back up.
Where’s the butter popcorn and soda?.

Took about 3 month off, had some problems.
I’m back at it again, eating a hell of a lot. About to get back on supplements.
Was slacking and wasn’t motivated because of the cold weather.

Going away for a bit

I’m not going to be online for sometime, hopefully my stuff don’t get deleted lol
I’ve been thinking of becoming a US Customs Agent. One of my brothers have been talking to me about this. They don’t do much at the airport lol
One of my older cousins just became a police officer in G.A. And his little brother took the test already. This surprised me a lot. My uncle already retired as one and one of my cousins my age already took the test to become a fire man some time ago. Just found out one of my buddies that I knew back when I was 8 became a cop too.
So I have to get away from the internet like I’ve done with tv a few years ago and focus in on what I want to do.
I want to retired and live in a house in upstate NY with lots of land and a really nice black 4×4 truck with really big monster truck like wheels when it snows. Yeah!
So yeah customs here I come.

Looking for Protein Bars

Im looking to eat protein bars for now on. Ones I can get from GNC store. I don’t care about the high price. So far I see some with 30g protein. Two bars at night and maybe one in the morning.
I’m going to take them and animal pack:-) cause I want that animal within me unleashed when I workout!

Hurt my back this morning, again.

Lol, yeah, if I had to work today, I would have had to call out like my other back injury. I used a 45lb dumbbell  and did a raise movement with it above my head. I don’t know the name of the exercise. But its like punching something with your right arm in a L position and going up, sitting on the bench.
I stopped using this exercise and decided to use it again after 2 months of quiting it. I made the mistake of lifting heavy, and you don’t do that with a new exercise or one you haven’t done in awhile.
Taking tomorrow off. Doesn’t hurt to bad, just pain. No pain, no game right? Or something like that.
Its times like these I look at why I workout with weights. I have great reasons why I continue.
My goal, don’t use any more old exercises or new ones anymore. I’ve increased my weights so much just doing the same  old ones and haven’t had problems for months now. I feel safer with that thought….. Thank God I don’t have a wife that puts me down everytime I hurt myself:-)

Try to lift that!

I was planning on lifting light today. Instead of doing curls of 40lbs I was going to do 35lbs. When I warm up, I usually feel my biceps getting hard. I was going to try to see if it gets really big by doing a lot. I instead lifted my usual and along the way started to curl 45lbs!
I remember before I started workingout, I try lifting 45lbs but couldn’t while I was at work in the sports department. This co-worker   that’s bigger then me lifted it and said oh you can’t lift that.  Never mind he’s twice the size of me and doesn’t workout. I knew one day I’ll be able to lift that. Here I am one year later after only starting out with a 15lb and slowly increasing the  dumbbell weight.if you were to see my wrists, you wouldn’t think I was able to lift it. But my forearms shows the power!
A year from now, I want to lift twice as much! Lol
My goal one day is to shock somebody into lifting a heavy dumbbell they struggle with and who is bigger then me :-)

Side effects of workingout heavy

Ok really quick, cause this bugs me.
I stopped workingout for two months in feburary, I began picking up the weights after I seen myself losing muscles.
A little after that I had a big out break of pimples.
Seeing as how I’m still getting them even after stop of creatine use, as I thought this was the problem. I’m looking into something call (HIT) which I forgot what it means but someone commented on this to me in one of my older blogs dealing with creatine (got to read my email again). I think since I’ve began lifting heavy, I started breaking out. I  used to be able to workout chest, arms, shoulders, abs and legs 3 times a week all in one day but no longer can since I give out doing heavy sets.
So now, I’m going to drop the weights by 5 & 10lbs with all that i do and just lift more reps instead of lifting heavy and doing lower reps. This way is known as trying to tone your muscles is what I read.
So if this works, I’ll stick to this and live the life of a surf guy:-)
Life…..why am I even workingout when I don’t know what I’m putting myself through?! But I remember why.

Whey & Creatine

Well I’m done with these two. I can’t take the taste of the whey. I don’t want to try any of the millions of wheys out there neither. I wil stick wiith the 45g of protein I get with the Mass Gainer I take.  And all that 42g of sugar in the creatine I take needs to stop too. So I will look into taking animal pack or another energy supplement before my workouts.

Acne and Creatine Pt. 2 Update

I stopped taking Creatine for a few days now. I’m no longer getting tiny red pimples on my face or arms.
I will stop taking it. Its to bad because I like the taste. Its not good to take it week after week long term anyway.
So… I’ll stick with MassGainer only.
