Bench Up!
November 19, 2007well when i started idk how long ago i was at 135 ibs. and benched 210 and now i’m 139 ibs. and bench is up to 225 so i know i’m making progress in bench and i know i’m getting stronger all around its just bench and squat are only two real core lifts i do and squat i havent maxed out on yet.
