I am ready to go compete, I really could care less what place I get, I just want to tare the stage up with my posing! I am dead tired today though, I was SO mad at the world when I had to wake up this morning. I am in psychology class right now then I am off to workout and I am looking forward to my after workout shake!!! woooow myozene is GREAT STUFF! whooooo expensive but goood! </p>
<p>I got back today! try not to get hurt because my back has been achy the last couple days, but today its going good! I am going to see if I can schedule a massage this weekend and go to the chiropractor!</p>
<p>I need to practice posing today! IM OUT HOMIE</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I get a call from my girlfriend last night around 4 saying there is a tornado in Allen where I live&#8230;I thought about going right back to sleep haha, but I got in a safe place and listened to the radio because the electricity went out! The tornado warning ended only 15 min later so I was thankful! I was so tired&#8230;and I woke up about 10 times this morning from everyone texting and calling me, the electricity came on about 15 min before I got out of bed and Im so glad because I really didnt feel like driving to a gym to do my cardio lol the gym had power but not anywhere around it?</p>
<p>and another things is I have eggs for my first meal today along with steak&#8230;how the hell was I suppose to eat my eggs? I thought I would just swallow them like you see in the old movies haha mmm 6 of them, but now I actaully get to enjoy them whooooo! 3 cheers guys! </p>
<p>I hate doing cardio wishing I could go back to sleep..but I have a training partner and I have to work my schedule around his too&#8230;. SUCKKS but its k its worth it</p>
<p>I think this is the last week of me doing cardio before the show anywasys, the week before I think we cut it out! yeahhhh! 3 cheers again guys! hip hip harray! wow ok, Im going to finish my cardio and I will talk to you guys later

Today my back was bothering me, I wasnt sore or anything but it was like a bad ache. I usually dont get that :-/ but it went away after a couple HOURS. Im so hungry so the only way to get rid of that is to go to bed! GOODNIGHT!<br />
