Doing Work + Eating Clean
I have been busting my ass in the gym and working 72 hours a week 4-5 weeks DOING WORK. Working 12 hour nights spending lots of time researching bodybuilding/dieting and educating myself how 2 progress. It has kept me moving forward with my life!!! I just want 2 keep it up with my workouts and enjoy life 2 the fullest. Staying in the gym/outdoors training has kept me sane in the last year. Without that rush/pump/workout 2 look forward 2 everyday I would be out drinking alcohol and eating Junk/fat food and not Reaching my Goals!!!:0 Or Pushing My Limits!!!! SOMETIMES U DO THINGS U DON’T WANT 2 DO!!! SO U CAN BECOME WHO U WANT 2 BE!!!!!!
