			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Don&#8217;t pay too much attention to any recent or upcoming picture, as I am more focused on gaining mass rather than ab definition or muscle striation. Not concerned about peaks or back development, just pure MASS. I&#8217;m going to bulk to about 235, then cut to a solid 220. I&#8217;m planning to cut around July. Until then I&#8217;ll keep packing on the pounds/weights and getting my strength up.
