Well, here it goes…
I’ve been dragging my feet on getting this thing started, but what the schnitz…Here it goes..
I thought I would start on my off day….
Meals:
1. Bowl of cheerios mixed with 2%milk and ON whey strawberry
2. Turkey sandwich with whole grain bread…
3. Serving of turkey meatloaf with 1 serving green beens
4. Leftover turkey meatloaf sandwich on whole wheat
5. before bed protein shake….hurl lol
Obviously there will be no workout listed…day off baby+I have been a bit on the sick side….
Tomorrow, however it will be triceps/traps…….Looking forward to it….Well, that wasn’t so hard….kinda painless actually……Kinda excited about starting this bad boy…Good Luck to me!
