Dear Muscle Diary (2)

Ah yes, Fall weather may be pretty at times, but man did the gloomy weather kill my motivation! Well, I think it’s a combination of that and me slightly over training. I was dieting really strict along with lifting and doing cardio 5-6 days a week. After a while, my strict diet became taxing on my body. I was lovin’ the fact that I was so lean (I got as low as 13.5% bf) but it sucks that in the end, I have to do it all over again. Well, I guess it’s not that painful since it only takes about a week or two for me to get back to where I was. I wonder how many other people are affected by changing weather….I’m guessing a lot. But I think it was mainly overtrainnig that hindered my motivation. Since I took a little break from working out, I have more desire to lift and get back on track. You know what, it’s funny that once I decided to get back on track, I have THREE family functions to attend this weekend. And you know what that means………..eat! Moreover, my b-day is next month and that will most likely lead to a bit of drinking. But I guess if I stay strict the other 90% of the time it should all be good, right?

    I know when i get home from this damn country I am gonna have one heck of a pary wating for me….my neighbors are gonna get me so wasted it will be so much fun to see my kids and play with them but the lifestyle is way to good to party to much ya know? I can’t wait to have a burrito from my fav taco stand its gonna taste so good the food over here is so bland! later

    i know. seriously this washington weather has a way of killing our mood and motivation. thank god we are starting to have some nicer days now!
