Dear Muscle Diary (2)
Wednesday, September 26th, 2007Ah yes, Fall weather may be pretty at times, but man did the gloomy weather kill my motivation! Well, I think it’s a combination of that and me slightly over training. I was dieting really strict along with lifting and doing cardio 5-6 days a week. After a while, my strict diet became taxing on my body. I was lovin’ the fact that I was so lean (I got as low as 13.5% bf) but it sucks that in the end, I have to do it all over again. Well, I guess it’s not that painful since it only takes about a week or two for me to get back to where I was. I wonder how many other people are affected by changing weather….I’m guessing a lot. But I think it was mainly overtrainnig that hindered my motivation. Since I took a little break from working out, I have more desire to lift and get back on track. You know what, it’s funny that once I decided to get back on track, I have THREE family functions to attend this weekend. And you know what that means………..eat! Moreover, my b-day is next month and that will most likely lead to a bit of drinking. But I guess if I stay strict the other 90% of the time it should all be good, right?
