First Meal after my Post Workout Shake/Meal @ NOON
So here is how the first meal went after my PWOS, which was one hour from the time.
Meal One: Body-Builders Egg Casserole (All Mixed Together)
1/2 Grapefruit (studies show it helps w/fat loss)

2 Cups of Green Beans
1 Tbsp Smart Balance Omega Light (for the beans)
2 Tbsp Light Miracle Whip (so i can choke it down lol)
