Morning Burn…

So to really push for me to loose some more weight; considering it seems I’m in-a-way hitting a plateau…. I am getting up and doing Amped Tae Bo Cardio Routine first thing in the morning. It’s really nice, since it uses a power-weighted rod. So although I am getting a good fat burning cardio routine, my muscles are being stimulated in balancing the bar too.  My watch will track my heart rate, and knows my weight. It takes the two and calculates everything as my heart rate fluctuates and the cardio time clock is running, it will then tell me how many calories I have burned at the end.  Amazingly I burned 430 calores in a matter of 45 minutes. I’m thinking that this is going to work out nicely in the long run. I’ll keep everyone posted. Well time to go and cook some breakfast! Take care everyone. BEST OF LIFE -JASE

And the “BeAt” goes on…..

Ok, so I wanted to quickly write in a blog before heading off to the gym…today is cardio day for me. I am taking a day off from the weight lifting, allowing some further muscle recovery and joint recovery.  Anyhow….how many out there would agree with me that MUSIC is the a big PUSH when it comes to cardio? Especially with the new gadgets like MP3 players, and esp. the King of them-the iPod ?  I don’t think I could survive another workout if not for my little friend ‘haha’. 

For those of you who are looking for an ultimate kick ass up beat, non-stop, in your face mix of heart pounding, fat burning tunes….-and own an iPod; I definitely reccomend going to iTunes and looking up DJ Insomnica.  He has a Podcast of free music and the half-hour of power 2 Mix is purely "SWEEEEEETTT"! It’s nice knowing too, that when you start you get a full 30 minutes of non-interupted -in your face blast of good noise! Go with the FIT for Fitness….

I just got back from my Sunday morning workout.  It was a good workout. I focused on legs today with another intense routine of cardio.  I did 2 miles on the Treadmil and another mile on the Eliptical.  I like doing my cardio before my weight lifting, because my goal is ultimately to loose fat, and the cardio routine really ignites me for the weight lifting portion.  Today I wanted to hit on another note when it comes to progress…

I have decided that I will start weighing myself the 1st thing when I wake up, just to see how I’m doing. However, I am not going to take the numbers literally as a sign of progress or not.  Instead I am going to go by how I am feeling and how my clothes are fitting. Today I’m wearing a pair of new jeans I purchased about 2 weeks ago and they’re already loose!!! That right there in itself is by far a better sign of progress than any number.  All I can say is thank God for the belt! (hehe).  Alright well I hope everyone on here is having as much fun as I am with this site.  Take care guys and gals. BEST OF LIFE -JASE!

Rewards…

Many of us may think the rewards we get from are accomplishements end in some number. Whether it be the numbers on a scale or the numbers on a measurement tape. It is a way to actually tell whether or not we’re succeeding.  However, yesterday I got a great reward, and that was seeing my friend Heather.  I have not see her in almost a full year, and it was awsome to hear her tell me how good I looked. It has definitely helped in pushing me further on staying the course in reaching my goal! I posted some new pictures today and "wow" you can really tell from my first picture on Sept of 2007 to now on how I am transforming. More transformations to come everyone, take care…  BEST OF LIFE! -JASE
