Morning Burn…
Monday, May 12th, 2008So to really push for me to loose some more weight; considering it seems I’m in-a-way hitting a plateau…. I am getting up and doing Amped Tae Bo Cardio Routine first thing in the morning. It’s really nice, since it uses a power-weighted rod. So although I am getting a good fat burning cardio routine, my muscles are being stimulated in balancing the bar too. My watch will track my heart rate, and knows my weight. It takes the two and calculates everything as my heart rate fluctuates and the cardio time clock is running, it will then tell me how many calories I have burned at the end. Amazingly I burned 430 calores in a matter of 45 minutes. I’m thinking that this is going to work out nicely in the long run. I’ll keep everyone posted. Well time to go and cook some breakfast!
