So after getting off my shift at 7am, I hung around till my Gym opened up at 9am. It was kind of tough, but I have cool co workers to chill with-time flew by. Once in the gym I hit the Eliptical for 45 minutes, and then decided to hit some good old fashion free weights. I just did some hammer curls, bicep curls, and preacher curls-along with tricep extensions and butterflies. It kind of felt good, considering my regualr routine is on Natilus equipment. Definitely have the soreness going on right now, but nothing to horrible that I can’t handle it. All is well. Good luck with everyone in 2008! BEST OF LIFE -Jase

Yesterday I did a light workout, just with the lifting hiatus I’ve gone through I didn’t want to overdue it, and I was pressing time-with starting work at 2000. I messed up though and took 3 Lipo 6 pills right before lifting. This should be done 1/2 HR before training, so right at the end of my workout, with my heart racing, all of the sudden, I felt the thermogenesis from Lipo 6 kick in, and man I was "wiggin!". Had to literally slow my breathing and try to calm down from the hype. The feeling was plain out weird. Lesson learned though! Right now it is 3am the next day, and I have 4 more hours to go, I think I’m going to hit the gym before heading home and get in a good 45 minute cardio session. All in all, MONDAY starts back the workout lifting regimine. Will post new pics at the end of January. BEST OF LIFE -Jase

Ok, so here is my new "moto" no matter if I miss one workout, or a week; even several weeks- I have to keep going the next day in my workout regimen. No giving up! That is not, and should never even be an option. I have till yesterday been on this workout ‘hiatus’. Do i have "excuses" for it, of course! Though there really shouldn’t be an excuse in missing almost 2 weeks worth of training. Lesson learned though; It was GREAT! too, to get back in the gym-atmosphere last afternoon. I conquered 45 minutes on the Eliptical and burned over 700 calories while chugging down my gallon of distilled h20. Presently the ‘jug’ is just below half. So water in-take is doing good! Back to the small portionate meals of "fat free-skinless" chicken breast too. Every 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours. Summer is around the corner and by God, I’m going to take full advantage of this 2008 summer with a better body and spirit! So to all of you reading, keep Going, and Going, and Going! Let the little ‘energizer’ bunny in you OUT! ‘lol’. BEST OF LIFE-JASE

Ok, so since the begining of December, I haven’t been up to par with my training regimen. In between having my wisdom teeth yanked out! ‘lol’ yup! All four at once; and helping my parents move-the gym has kind of been on the back burner. Today though I am heading to the gym before I start work, and get back in gear of my goal. The tooth ordeal is doing much better today then it was earlier. I must admit that i believe it is harder to maintain a ‘consistencey’ in working-out during the winter months-compared to summer. Keeping in mind though of the hot scorching summer for 2008; I definitely need to push harder then I have been to achieve the physiquie I invision. Hope everyone is doing and going good with your own goal, especially in the times of sweets and cold nights-you are not alone! Later! & Best of Life!
