Hope everyone is staying focused in their goals and training. I just wanted to give a shout out that although I don’t start weight myself until October; I have been definitely feeling a difference in my clothing. In a book I’m reading, the author says don’t weight yourself until after one month! Mainly due to the fact that you need to drink a lot of water and with doing this your body wants to hold onto it; esp with extensively working-out. I have been able to put my watch though on the 3rd notch. I used to only be able to put it on the 2nd notch. So hey my wrists are getting smaller
